A Magical Weekend of Wedding Inspiration at Grovefield House Hotel!
Last weekend, love was well and truly in the air at Grovefield House as we proudly hosted our much-anticipated Wedding Fair – and what a wonderful event it turned out to be!
With over 20 incredible suppliers showcasing their talents, the fair was a one-stop destination for couples looking to plan their dream day. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and greeted by a buzz of excitement, creativity, and endless inspiration.
Our stunning event spaces were transformed into a vibrant showcase of wedding possibilities. Decor companies wowed visitors with breathtaking floral arrangements, dreamy table settings, and enchanting backdrops, setting the stage for the perfect celebration. Couples also had the chance to meet experienced event planners, ready to bring their big day to life with creativity and ease.
This year, we were delighted to collaborate with the fantastic Event Planner, Elizabeth Victoria Weddings, whose expertise, passion, and attention to detail helped curate an unforgettable experience. Their support in coordinating with our diverse range of suppliers truly elevated the day.
Entertainment was a highlight, with live singers, musicians, and even a magician adding flair and fun to the event. There was no shortage of beauty inspiration either – our guests enjoyed chatting with hair stylists, makeup artists, and bridal beauty experts offering advice and mini consultations.
Guests also had the chance to indulge in sweet treats and get inspired by beautifully designed wedding cakes and cupcakes, dazzling jewellery displays, and creative offerings from stationery and favour makers. For those dreaming of the perfect post-wedding escape, honeymoon planners were on hand with enticing destinations and bespoke packages.
Behind the scenes, our dedicated Grovefield House events team worked seamlessly to ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish. From setting up the suppliers to making every guest feel welcome, their passion and professionalism were key to the day’s success.
Whether couples were just beginning their wedding planning journey or finalising the finishing touches, the Wedding Fair offered something for everyone – all under one roof.
